Brought my Traverse in because of a recall, water pump shaft seal leaks. Was there for about an hour and the work was complete. No issues found. The Service Tech Manager, Keith Cox, informed me that the techs just check the water level and if there isn't the proper amount of water then there's probable a leak and that when they service the water pump. They also checked the drivers seat cooling system because my wife says it doesn't cool as fast as the passenger seat. The tech used a thermal gun and said the readings for both seats were the same.
