Confirmed Service Customer
There are a few concern before i bring my car in for the diagnose, and my agent is zhachary. When I pick up my vehicle, he only resolve one issue and it leads to my inconvenience to bring my vehicle in and also require to pay the diagnose fee again to inspect for the battery health serviceability. And also to call and find my agent it took me the whole day just to speak to him, so many uncertainty about the car is not answers during the wait.
