Confirmed Service Customer
Was not happy with the way I was treated here. I scheduled my appointment for a window calibration at 9:30. At 10:30 they responded back to me and said it would be done in a half hour. I get to the dealership at 11 and waited until 1 o'clock and asked again about my truck being finished. The response I received was "they haven't gotten to it yet, if I knew you needed your car today I would have told you that it wouldn't be done until the end of the day." Mind you I walked the lot for 2 hours looking for a car to purchase and the whole time I was with a salesman I saw my truck in the bay all by itself with no one working on it. They called me back at 4 pm and stated the front camera is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced and they wont get it done until sometime the next day. I stated that I took the day off of work to get there and have it fixed and his response was, "I can pull the truck up now so you can drive it home." Of course when you wait until the end of the day to start to work on a car the parts store will either be closed or unable to make it same day. When I said I needed my car and cant take another day off he then said, "unfortunately you will need to reschedule and take another day off." So I left my car there another day and they called me at 3 PM the following day saying it was completed. When I picked my truck up there was another service rep there as mine needed to leave early. Everything looked in order until on the paperwork and when I reversed to back my truck out my rearview mirror and housing fell off the windshield. I went back in and stated what happened the service rep told me I had to contact the windshield replacement company and have them fix it, "we didn't touch your windshield." I told her that the windshield was replaced a month ago and has been fine and my truck has been in your care for the last two days. She then repeated herself. I then stated that on the paperwork it shows the techs needed to replace the front camera prior to recalibrate it and it was attached to the sensors in the rearview mirror. She then smirked and said, "we did not touch your windshield call the windshield replacement company." I couldn't believe the irresponsibility, negligence and poor customer service at a dealership that prides themselves as being "family owned and operated." Will not return or recommend and please stop priding yourself on "family owned" it gives the real family owned businesses a bad reputation.
