Unfortunately, I had to reschedule for the next morning because they were backed up when I arrived for my original appointment. It was going to take 3-4 hours for an oil change. The car is being driven by my college aged son- I was in town for holiday and trying to take care of some things for him while I was there. It was an enormous inconvenience to have to reschedule but what’s done is done. I still like the service department at Gateway.
