Pretty good customer service up front, but the shop fell short. Juan was helpful and provided some extra paperwork I requested. But, I was hoping the tech would have noticed the rear diff input leaking. It's only a class 1, which I assume isn't warranty, but it would have been nice to have the paper trail when it does develop into a warrantable repair. Also, the tire PSI was adjusted but not to the recommended specification. I do have aftermarket tires but would have appreciated a text or call asking what PSI I'd prefer. This caused my TPMS light to be on the next morning.(cold) No big deal, but it was an inconvenience given the fact that it just came out of the dealership. The shop pushed the service through quickly, and Juan responded right away when I asked for a timeline. I'd like to come back for future services and repairs, but I'm not confident the shop is inspecting the vehicles to capture all available repairs.
