I arrived about an hour before my appointment, and I was immediately met with a service rep and was asked questions and was told that I would see someone (forget his name). He came over minutes later asked me what needs to be done and I told him, and he said OK we'll take care of it and gave me a time. To my surprise it was done about over an hour, and I was happily on the road with a clean, serviced vehicle.

We had an outstanding experience when purchasing our Colorado trail boss! Blake was a delight to work with, he made the experience stress free and comfortable. The whole team was helpful and supportive throughout the whole time! Ryan was also super helpful and sweet when going over the “my Chevy” app! Unfortunately, a few of the issues were not remedied on this visit. I was very happy with Vicki, my service representative. Vicki was good about listening to my schedule and communicating to me what was possible. But after leaving the dealership for a road trip a couple of the issues popped up again. The truck is still having a rough idle. There seems to be an engine knocking sound now. And the tire pressure monitoring system fault is back.

There are a few concern before i bring my car in for the diagnose, and my agent is zhachary. When I pick up my vehicle, he only resolve one issue and it leads to my inconvenience to bring my vehicle in and also require to pay the diagnose fee again to inspect for the battery health serviceability. And also to call and find my agent it took me the whole day just to speak to him, so many uncertainty about the car is not answers during the wait.
