When I arrived to the dealership for my oil change appointment my poc let me know that this would be my last “free” service so I said okay and left my vehicle there to get maintained. Turns out she calls me when the vehicle is already done being serviced to tell me that I actually used my last “free” service the previous time I came. It would have been nice to know before my vehicle got serviced so I could have made the choice if I wanted to get it services there or not. Not cool

At time of scheduling, I was quoted a price for oil and filter change for both engine and transmission. When arrived at the dealership, was told it was double what I had carefully asked about with scheduler. When service was completed for only engine oil and filter and DCT filter change, saw my Corvette had huge smudge marks where service guy leaned on the side. When opened door, scuff marks all over the seat, door, and running board. No effort to protect anything!

John was my advisor who kept me involved and updated. The chairs for waiting area are awesome and so roomy. The area was very clean as well as the ladies room. My car was totally cleaned up, impressed.

I enjoy to be consistent and stick to the same service advisor which I go to Dom. He is great and I enjoy how thorough he is with his service reports when it comes to the maintenance of my vehicle. Therefore I can check of how it all went and see what is needed for attention. I learn something new every time I go.

Cody Mills tried to make me pay for my truck's problem even after I told him I paid for a warranty. He said it was not covered, but I called the dealer where I bought the truck and said they should have been able to pull the information they needed. I paid $90,000 for this truck, which is very unprofessional the way I was treated I will never bring my truck back to this dealer.
